The Harvard Graduate School of Education released 3 new early literacy apps, targeting parents and caregivers that are looking to build their children's language skills.

Harvard Releases New Apps

All the following apps can be found on both Google Play and the App Store:

  • Small Wonders: Small Wonders comes with games, songs, and activity ideas that are designed to initiate conversation between the parent/caregiver and the child.
  • Photo Play: Photo Play allows the child to choose a photo and draw on it, decorate it, and play games with it.
  • Animal Antics: Animal Antics allows the child to take on the role of an animal character in many different story settings. The app can record dialogue and the animal character can even imitate facial expressions.
